was born in Philadelphia but spent the majority of
her time "down the shore." She is a licensed NJ Realtor
and member of the Cape May County Board of Realtors
Association as well as a proud member of Seapointe
Village Realty staff since 1994.
Heather rose through the ranks at Seapointe Village
Realty and for the past two years has been our Reservations
Manager, and is now our Rental Manager. The fact that
she has served in various positions at Seapointe over
the years enables Heather to better respond to the needs
of our guests and homeowners. She has a knack for building
relationships and is a shining example of outstanding
customer service in this hospitality field.
When not
planning vacations for our guests or working for our
homeowners, Heather enjoys family getaways with her
husband,Myron and her son, Brian. As a devoted mother
and wife, she enjoys attending her son's sporting events
and participates in many local fund raising activities.

seven years ago as a receptionist. In 2003, I became

Smith is a lifelong resident of Cape May County and a
member of the Cape May County Board of Realtors. Jenn
began her career at Seapointe Village in 1998 in the
Operations Department. After acquiring her New Jersey
Real Estate License Jenn worked in the Reservations Department
for many years. Sales, Rentals and Closings are well
within the scope of Jenn’s diverse Real Estate
experience. Her current position is Administrative Sales
Assistant. As the Sales Assistant Jenn’s responsibilities
include workingwith clients from Listing, signing of
the contract to the closing table. Jenn will manage all
necessary correspondence, inspections, title work, attorney
communications, etc. Jenn is committed to making this
process as smooth as possible. In her spare time, Jenn
enjoys shopping, spending time with her nieces, nephew,
family and friends.

Huff is a life long resident of the Jersey Shore. She
joined the staff at Seapointe on Memorial Day Weekend
1993. Barbara is a Notary Public and a licensed Real
Estate Agent. She serves as co-leader of the Handicap
Group at the Linwood Community Church and has an active
role in the Sister Church Program there. When Barbarais
not in Haiti she enjoys spending time with family and
friends.

Shore in March of 1995 and started his career at Seapointe
Village Realty. He is currently the Director of Operations,
managing the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Recreation
Departments. He obtained his New Jersey Real Estate License
in 2003 and is also a member of the Cape May County Board
of Realtors. Steve volunteers his time coaching for the
Greater Wildwood Little League Baseball. He enjoys all
outdoor activities, especially golfing, fishing and hunting.

for over 17 years at Seapointe Village Realty. He expert
knowledge of the area helps guests and homeowners. She
can assist with everything from where to have a great dinner
for two or the which is the best bicycle route to take
if you have a family. Rosalie also runs the resort shop
and business center. Being a homeowner at Seapointe Village
she loves her summers here the she truly enjoys with her
family.
