About This Residence

An open loft primary bedroom gives Townhome 212 a distinctive setting for a family shore stay, with two additional bedrooms on the main residential level. Three full bathrooms and a private deck add comfort for up to eight guests, while the loft overlooks the living area below.

Layout & Access

The private tandem garage is not connected to the residence. Guests use the front exterior stairs to reach the entry, then climb interior stairs to the main living area.

The main residential level includes the living area, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a private deck. Another staircase leads to the loft primary bedroom and its full bathroom.

The loft is open to the living area below. The private tandem garage provides parking for two vehicles, with one parked behind the other.

There is no elevator. Stairs are required for entry and to move between the residence’s levels.
