- Provide or measure advertising that may be relevant to visitors
Some technologies may be provided by third-party analytics, advertising, or social-media companies. Those companies may collect information directly from your browser or device and may use that information according to their own privacy policies.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings or other tools made available on our website. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
8. Marketing Communications
We may send marketing emails and other promotional communications regarding:

- Morey’s Piers and Beachfront Water Parks
- Morey Resorts
- Other affiliated or related offerings
We may also disclose your contact information, reservation or inquiry information, and communication preferences to affiliated or related companies within the Morey’s Piers & Resorts organization. Those companies may use the information to send their own marketing communications about services, promotions, events, attractions, accommodations, and related offerings. This does not include mobile phone numbers collected through an SMS opt-in process, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent, which will not be shared with affiliated or related companies for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Email Preferences
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message or by contacting the sender directly.
Seapointe Realty and each affiliated or related company may maintain separate marketing lists. Unsubscribing from Seapointe Realty’s emails may not automatically unsubscribe you from marketing sent independently by another company. You should use the unsubscribe link in each company’s email or contact that company directly to update your preferences.
Even after you opt out of marketing, we may continue to send transactional or service-related communications concerning:
- An inquiry
- A current or past reservation
- A rental agreement
- A payment, refund, or balance
- Property access
- Safety or maintenance
- An active customer, guest, homeowner, or business relationship
Text Messages and SMS Consent
When you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, Seapointe Realty may send you text messages concerning vacation-rental inquiries, real-estate services, reservations, arrivals, departures, property access, customer service, account or payment matters, special offers, and other communications related to your inquiry or relationship with us. This includes using SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify you of schedule updates or other important changes.
Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of making a reservation, purchasing services, or submitting an inquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider directly.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send “STOP,” we will send you one final SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you later wish to receive text messages again, you may simply sign up in the same manner you did originally, and we will resume sending you SMS messages.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at 609-729-7100, info@seapointerealty.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text-message consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliated companies for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to Seapointe Realty and will not be treated as consent to receive text messages from Morey’s Piers & Resorts or any other affiliated or unrelated company.
We may disclose mobile information to service providers that process or deliver text messages solely on our behalf and only as reasonably necessary to provide those services. Those service providers may not use the information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Opting out of promotional text messages does not prevent Seapointe Realty from sending messages that are otherwise permitted by law and reasonably necessary to respond to a communication you initiated or provide requested reservation or customer-service information.
Terms and Conditions:
1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@seapointerealty.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: https://www.seapointerealty.com/privacy-policy/
9. Payment Information

We will use and disclose that information only as reasonably necessary to evaluate or address the request, coordinate appropriate services, comply with applicable obligations, protect health or safety, or as otherwise permitted by law.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account passwords, full payment-card information through ordinary email, or other sensitive information that is not reasonably necessary for your interaction with us.
11. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, acquisition, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
These measures may include:
- Secure hosting environments
- Restricted access controls
- Password and account-security measures
- Encryption where appropriate

Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information, the relationship involved, the applicable system, and legal or operational requirements.
We may retain certain information after a request for deletion when reasonably necessary or permitted by law, including information needed to complete a transaction, maintain required records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect safety, or document and honor a marketing opt-out.
13. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
You may contact us to:
- Ask what personal information we maintain about you

Privacy rights are not absolute. We may be unable to fulfill all or part of a request when, for example, we must retain information to complete a transaction, maintain business or tax records, protect legal rights, prevent fraud, respond to a claim, comply with law, or protect another person’s privacy or safety.
To protect your information, we may request reasonable verification before responding.
Review of a Privacy Request Decision
If we decline all or part of a privacy request, you may ask us to reconsider by emailing info@seapointerealty.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Review.”
Please include:
- Your name and contact information
- The approximate date of your original request
- A description of the original request
- The reason you believe our decision should be reconsidered
We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable period.
14. Do Not Track and Browser Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting or other browser-based privacy signals. Because there is not a single universally accepted standard governing all such signals, our website may not respond to every browser-based request or signal.
Where applicable law requires recognition of a particular opt-out preference signal, we will address that signal as required.
15. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website, emails, and other communications may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, social-media services, booking systems, payment services, or other online tools.
We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or content practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of external websites and services before providing information to them.
16. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without legally required authorization. Reservation holders and other adults should avoid submitting unnecessary personal information about children.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can review and appropriately address the matter.
17. Residents of New Jersey and Other States
Seapointe Realty is based in New Jersey.
Depending on your state of residence, our activities, and the applicability of a particular law, you may have privacy rights relating to access, correction, deletion, copies of information, targeted advertising, profiling, or certain disclosures of personal information.
Not every state privacy law applies to every business, and the availability and scope of privacy rights may vary. We will evaluate verified requests and respond as required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to create rights that do not otherwise apply under law or to limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, services, technologies, legal requirements, or business operations.
When we make changes, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. When reasonably appropriate or required by law, we may provide additional notice of a material change through our website, email, reservation communications, or another suitable method.
Where legally required, we will obtain consent before using personal information for a materially different purpose.
