  • What to Bring...

    Rental residences do NOT supply bed linens (fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases) or beach/pool towels. However, the rentals will provide bed covers, pillows, kitchen towels, and bath towels. There is a beach vendor that rents beach chairs and beach umbrellas. If you choose to bring your beach chairs, they must be stored in your vehicle, along with other beach gear. Association regulations prohibit bringing beach chairs or other beach equipment into the hallways, elevators, and residences. Rental residences do NOT provide the following items: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, soaps & detergents. Locally, you can easily rent bed linens, cribs, beach equipment, etc. Also, bicycle storage is not readily available at Seapointe, so rentals are highly recommended.   • Seapointe Rental Residences

    All rental residences are individually and privately owned, and each differs in style and décor. TV (cable or streaming) and Wi-Fi are provided in all rentals. Each residence has a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, silverware, dishes, cookware, and basic cooking utensils. Each residence also has a washer & dryer. You will find the details & amenities of your rental residence, including bedding types & sizes, view type, and location, on the property's landing page on our website. All shared amenities are maintained, governed, and managed by the Seapointe Village Master Association. The availability and operating hours of Seapointe's amenities are subject to change without notice and cannot be guaranteed during your stay.   • Checking In

    The Seapointy Village Realty office is at 9900 Seapointe Blvd. (at the southwest corner of Atlantic & Memphis Avenues) in Wildwood Crest. The office is situated on the second floor in the Ibis Residences condominium building adjacent to Seapointe's main entrance. Check-in time is 4:00 PM. You will be provided with your parking pass, gate card, beach/pool tags, and keys at check-in. Early arrivals are permitted AFTER 1:00 PM to enjoy Seapointe's amenities. However, rental residences might not be ready for entry until 4:00 PM.

  • Checking Out

    Checkout is promptly at 11:00 AM so we can prepare the rental residence for the incoming guests. On departure day, access to pools, parking, and other amenities is NOT available after 11:00 AM checkout. No exceptions.

  • Parking

    Vehicles with rooftop carriers exceeding six feet (6') will NOT clear the parking garage height maximums for your designated parking areas. You will either have to remove the rooftop carrier and place it in your vehicle or park outside Seapointe Village. The Seapointe Village Master Association security staff will grant no exceptions. All 1 & 2 Bedroom residences receive one (1) parking pass. All 2 Bedroom + Den & larger residences receive two (2) parking passes. All townhome and single-family home guests must park in their designated garages. Please adhere to all parking regulations, as Seapointe Security will ticket violators. Additional parking passes will not be available under any circumstances; unpermitted vehicles may park for free outside Seapointe Village. Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed in Seaointe Village.

  • Administrative Fee

    All reservations are subject to a non-refundable administrative fee.

  • A to Zebra Rentals

    A to Zebra Rentals offers all your rentals needs at the shore. They provide linens, beach chairs, strollers, umbrellas, and more. Call A to Zebra at 609-889-6662 to secure your rental needs.

  • Cancellation & Move Policy

    All cancellation requests must be in writing. If you cancel your reservation at least forty-five (45) days before your check-in day, any advanced payments received by credit card or eCheck will be refunded less a $300 cancellation fee in addition to any non-refundable fees. If you cancel your reservation fewer than forty-five (45) days before your check-in day, all advanced payments received by credit card or eCheck will be forfeited unless Seapointe Realty secures a replacement reservation for the residence for the same dates, in which case a refund will be made less a $300 cancellation fee in addition to any non-refundable fees. Once a reservation is secured, any accommodation moves requested by the guest will be subject to a $125 move fee. We cannot make any accommodation or date changes within forty-five (45) days of check-in day. The periods and conditions of possible refunds contemplated will be adjusted to the extent that any travel ban or rental prohibition be enacted and remain in effect by federal, state, or local authorities during the reservation dates.
