About This Residence

Feel at home at Townhome 312, where a private patio and a porch just beyond the living-area sliding door invite you to relax outdoors. Inside, a separate family room offers another comfortable gathering space, while three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a half bathroom across multiple levels give everyone room to settle in and enjoy their Seapointe Village stay.

Layout & Access

The ground level includes the two-car garage, a separate family room with additional sleeping options, and a full bathroom. A private patio provides outdoor space.

Upstairs, the main living level includes the living area, dining area, kitchen, and a half bathroom. A sliding door from the living area opens to the porch.

The upper level contains three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including the primary bedroom’s ensuite bathroom.

There is no elevator. Stairs are required for entry and to move between the residence’s levels.

Excellent stay!

We had a fabulous time at Seapointe in our Townhome 312. Upon arrival, we noticed several issues that required maintenance. They came over immediately and addressed all issues. The next day, the dryer didn't work, & again maintenance came right to the rescue! My family enjoyed our stay in a lovely & friendly community steps away from the beach!

This townhome is in a great location convenient to all the amenities of the village. This was our 3rd year in this residence and it was perfect. I am hoping we will return again next summer. The townhome is always clean and ready for our arrival. The staff, maintenance, lifeguards, & all members of the Seapointe Village are so welcoming. Thanks again for another great summer vacation!

My family always looks forward to our week at the beach at Seapointe Village, and it was wonderful again this year. The many pools, access to the beach, and surrounding activities make the location perfect for a fabulous family stay. The office staff and maintenance folks are very responsive to any and all needs. Thanks again for a great vacation.

As advertised. Very nice, clean, kitchen had everything you need. The second and third bedrooms are small. Close to the beach and all condo amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting this Townhome again.

We absolutely loved staying in Townhome #312 and had the best week with our family. This townhome offers a lot of space which accommodates everyone. The owners made it very 'homey' with personal touches. We have been coming to Seapointe Village for about 20 years and would love to carry on the tradition for years to come with our own kids. We would love to stay at this townhome again next year. Beautiful home in a breathtaking location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhouse. It was so convenient to the beach and all the facilities. The use of the garage made it so much easier to store our beach toys, umbrellas, and bags. The townhouse was nicely stocked and had many additional items. There were too many dried flower arrangements in the townhouse. They took up a great deal of space, and we had to move them out of the way to be able to use the space. Some of the towels/washcloths were stained and needed replacing. The garage door opener on the garage wall did not always work. Luckily, the clicker did. Thanks for a great week!

The townhome was adequate, but we've stayed in nicer units at Seapointe. Decorations were dated and seemed to be a hodgepodge of items. The kitchen was not as well equipped as others we've stayed in. The pantry was locked which limited our space to put groceries. The dryer took a long time to actually dry the clothes, especially towels. The dishwasher detergent compartment was also broken. The space is good, just needs some updates and repairs. We will reserve again because we want to assure we get a townhouse, but we will be looking for other options once the site allows for next year.
