Rinse off in the outdoor shower after the beach, then gather on the patio to enjoy some time together. Inside, the bedrooms are set apart from the main gathering spaces, and three full bathrooms plus a half bathroom help keep daily routines comfortable for your group.

Layout & Access

The ground level includes the two-car garage, a separate family room with additional sleeping options, and a full bathroom. A private backyard patio offers space to relax outdoors.

Upstairs, the main living level includes the living area, dining area, kitchen, and a half bathroom.

On the upper level are the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including the primary bedroom’s ensuite bathroom.

There is no elevator. Interior stairs connect the residence’s levels.
