About This Residence

Enjoy ocean and bay views from your own rooftop veranda at Ibis 14, an updated three-bedroom residence with a family room and four full bathrooms in the Ibis Residences at Seapointe Village. With approximately 2,128 square feet of interior living space, high ceilings, and a layout across three floors, there is room to gather and separate spaces to unwind.

Layout & Access

Take the building elevator from the garage to the third-floor hallway, where you enter Ibis 14 on the residence’s middle level; stairs are still required as described below.

The residence’s middle level, which includes the living area, dining area, kitchen, and a full bathroom.

Downstairs are the three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the laundry room. Keeping the bedrooms on a separate level provides a place to settle in away from the main living areas.

Upstairs from the main living level, the family room and fourth full bathroom provide additional space. Sliding doors from the family room open to your own rooftop veranda, where you can relax and enjoy ocean and bay views.

Interior stairs are required to reach the bedrooms, family room, and rooftop veranda.
