About This Residence

Two small balconies and a skylight in the loft add character to Townhome 214, a three-bedroom-plus-loft residence at Seapointe Village. Step onto the front balcony from the living area or the rear balcony from the dining area, then return inside to gather with family and friends. Three full bathrooms serve a group of up to eight guests.

Layout & Access

The ground level includes the tandem garage, laundry area, and a full bathroom. Stairs lead to the main living level with the living area, dining area, and kitchen.

A small front balcony is reached from the living area, and a small rear balcony is reached from the dining area.

The next level contains three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including the primary bedroom’s ensuite bathroom. Another flight of interior stairs leads to the loft sleeping area, which has a skylight.

There is no elevator. Stairs are required for entry and to move between the residence’s levels.

Two small balconies provide outdoor space: one off the living area and one off the dining area. A private tandem garage accommodates two vehicles.
