About This Residence

Enjoy a private deck and a separate loft sleeping area at Townhome 126, a two-bedroom residence with two full bathrooms at Seapointe Village. The living area sits above Townhome 124, while the loft is separated from the living area below by a wall with shutters that can be opened.

Layout & Access

The private tandem garage is not connected to the residence. Guests climb the front exterior stairs, enter the residence, and immediately climb interior stairs to reach the living area, which sits above Townhome 124.

The main residential level includes the living area, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, and access to the private deck. Another staircase leads to the loft sleeping area.

The loft is separated from the living area below by a wall with shutters that can be opened. There are two full bathrooms in the residence, and the tandem garage accommodates two vehicles.

There is no elevator. Stairs are required for entry and to move between the residence’s levels.

  • Loft: Twin Bed and 2 Trundle Beds (Total = 5 Twin Mattresses)
