Great Time!

The location was perfect. Unit nice and spacious. Beautiful grounds with beautiful plantings. Great amenities and proximity to the beach. Impeccably maintained. We’ll be back.

A very nice unit that has recently been refreshed. Everything is in excellent working condition. The garden bldg is quiet and there is enough underground parking and carts available. The walk-in shower is a plus.

This is an excellent unit. The walk-in shower is a real plus. The building is very quiet and well-maintained. The only suggestion would be to declutter the kitchen cabinets and one of the bedroom closets.

4th of July week

As in past years, I do love the unit. And I did love that there was a Keurig. Much easier then a drip. ☺️ No real specific issues with the unit. I did enjoy it very much. The negative has to do with the parking situation. A nightmare if you move your car. My suggestion is to assign a spot to the unit owners and that would be the spot for the rentals too. I don’t like that I can’t move my car while I’m there since I risk not having a spot when I return.

Everything We Needed!

The room was perfect, everything was clean and accommodating. I haven’t been to Seapointe in years but it was a place I grew up going to. Everything is so great within this development, the people are friendly, and the pools, beaches, parks, etc are all so easily accessible. Such a beautiful week and a great place for kids! We will be returning for years to come. Thank you all!!

Wonderful!

Nicely Upgraded Unit!

by Rebecca 2022-08-01

3/5

This was our second year staying in the unit and we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrades. The new couch was beautiful and the King sized bed was amazing. The unit is nicely decorated, with bright nautical colors. The complex itself is beautiful and affords many amenities for adults and children. The one huge disappointment and major inconvenience is the one-pool gate policy. Because only one gate is open, it creates an inconvenience for families with young children and lots of stuff to carry. Renters and owners should be able to enter and exit any gate that is closest and most convenient at the time. I understand the thought process behind the one-gate system, but the inconvenience far outweighs the benefit.

Love Seapointe and highly recommend vacationing there. I’ve been vacationing for many years past & present. I really love this particular unit. Perfect for me. Unfortunately there are a few things that were disappointing. New king size bed which I was unaware of as the past two years it was a Queen and I was not prepared. I did get king sheets from the office. But if you are replacing the mattress replace the headboard to match. The Queen headboard was just leaning against the wall. Lastly, appears to have been a touch up paint job in a few areas which were pretty obvious. A fresh full paint job would have been the way to go. Also using a paint that you can wipe away a stain or a mark. I can send pictures if you’d like. I will still rent this unit and live with the “hiccups” but it would be lovely if these few things were addressed especially for what it costs to rent.
