Great stay

by Bobbi Jo 2026-07-13

5/5

We’ve been coming to Seapointe for years and this is by far the best condo we’ve stayed in and we’ll keep trying to book this one each year if we can. They have everything you need, it’s just stocked really well w dishes, utensils, they always have extra cleaning amenities although we use our own - if you forget something, it comes in handy. The kitchen has been updated and the master bathroom update which we also love because it’s a walk in shower. We just really enjoy it. And they always leave a gift for the renters which we love.

Great condo!

by Bobbi Jo 2025-08-18

We've managed to book this condo the past 4 years in a row and there's def some reasons why - it's updated. The kitchen is updated and they just updated the master bathroom 2 years ago which are both great upgrades. They've thought of everything - every kitchen utensil, dishes, cleaning supplies - even things you are supposed to bring of your own, they usually have so if you forget something, they usually have it. It's always very clean and uncluttered. The owners also have consistently left gifts like a $25 gift card to a local restaurant and 2 bottles of wine - it's a very nice touch and makes it feel homey. This condo is 100% our preference when we come down - so much so, we always say we should ask if the owners are ever looking to sell!

Perfection

The condo was beautifully maintained, clean, and well-kept. We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bottle of wine from the owner. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality.

All the Comforts of Home and More!

by Michael 2024-07-16

I have stayed at 8 other condos in Seapointe Village. I can say without reservation that this unit was by far the nicest. It was completely updated, spotless, beautifully furnished, in a great location, and had plenty of dishware. If you are looking at 2-bedroom condos, look no further.

Another Perfect Vacation

Another Great Vacation at Seapointe!

Pinnacle 505 is our favorite unit at Seapointe. The kitchen is state of the art and is fully equipped, and we love the cozy living room area. This is our second time staying at this unit, and we will be back.

Awesome Experience!

by William 2023-07-31

Thank you to the Seapointe staff and the homeowners for another great year at Seapointe. This was our 24th year vacationing at Seapointe and the past two years have been a couple of our best as Pinnacle 505 is an awesome place. Homeowners are very kind and generous with their complimentary beverage and Carrini's gift card. It really speaks volumes to the great people that own the unit and want to ensure we can all sit back and entire our time there. Thank you so much for that! Looking forward to celebrating our 25th year anniversary at Seapointe in this unit for 2024!

Wonderful

Seapointe experience has always been wonderful and didn’t disappoint this year either. The grounds are immaculate, the staff is pleasant, and the pools are clean. Pinnacle 505 was so clean, nicely decorated, and had everything you need and beyond. The owners left wine for us in the wine refrigerator. We definitely will be back !!!!

We love the unit and had a wonderful time!

by William 2022-07-26

For the past 23 years, we have enjoyed Seapointe Village and all it has to offer. Always a great experience. However, our time this year was surely one of the best! We secured Pinnacle 505 for the week and, by far, was one of the best locations we have ever had the privilege to stay in at Seapointe. Kudos to the owners for keeping this space current, clean and fresh. Very tastefully done and nicely stocked for incoming guests. The complentenary wine was a great treat as well. Thank you for that and thank you for a great expereince in sharing your home for the week.

Great unit

4/5

The unit was beautiful and so spacious for my family of 5. There was an issue with a pipe leaking from the unit above, but that was the only problem. We will definitely book this unit again.
