October 15 – April 15
Local Care Through the Quieter Months
Whether Seapointe Realty cared for your residence throughout the rental season or you’re welcoming our team for off-season care, Seasonal Home Care gives you a local team looking after your Seapointe home from fall through spring.
From October 15 through April 15, we’ll help close your residence for the off-season, keep an eye on it while you’re away, prepare it when you’re coming to Seapointe and get it ready again for spring.
Off-Season Closing
We prepare your residence for the off-season, including removing, cleaning and storing applicable screens and patio items; turning off the water supply; setting the heat to 55°F; and switching off unnecessary breakers.
Regular Home Checks
We visually check participating residences at least monthly and following significant storms when conditions warrant. If something catches our attention, we’ll communicate with you and help coordinate the next step.
Off-Season Visit Preparation
Planning a visit to Seapointe? With advance notice, we’ll adjust the heat, restore the water and reactivate applicable breakers. When the water is restored, we’ll also visually check for readily observable leaks.
Spring Reopening
Beginning in April, weather permitting, we’ll reinstall applicable screens and seasonal items, reactivate applicable breakers, replace standard burned-out bulbs as needed, replace smoke and CO alarm batteries once annually, and prepare your residence for spring.
Six Months. One Local Team.
